With attached blue and silver kryptonite cable lock locked to the frame, Stolen from 604 west Lancaster Rd just north or Overbrook and Chamberlayne rd. Last seen yesterday morning being ridden by a sketch African american guy in his late 30s, dark skin, Bike is as pictures but has light kits installed into each wheel. Reward offered for safe return.
