This is a Burglary grade safe, not a fire safe. Of course it's rated for fire but the point is that it's for keeping valuables from being stolen. Good for cash, jewelry, guns, documents, etc.
The door opening is about 14" across, I can get multiple handgun cases in it, the four gun size cases. It's a lot of work to move, I've done it but Kittles Lock and Safe in Daytona has a trailer designed for moving these type safes and they will do it for a fee.
A new Diebold safe like this is over $4000.
