I found a dog off 3rd street. He had been running up and down 3rd, and around all the stores and parking lots by the mayflower restaurant, dragging his leash behind him. I've tried the numbers on his tags many times. Give me a call if he's yours or you have info on him. Abigail: 907-244-9084
