$300 Reward for lost dog named Poomba on May 8, 2014.
He just got groomed and taken his bath.
He had no collar and escaped in Paradise Valley at National City.
He is mostly Blonde w/ Black spotted coat.
He looks like he has an Eye Liner.
He has a whizzing problem that requires him to take medication.
