female older dog fell off back of lite colored truck before the weikles lumber yard in sinks grove, wv on saturday 8/9/2014. sweet nature mix breed curl to tail and small dark mask to face with grey. we beeped horn but truck did not stop black bike in back of truck. back leg injured
