Lost torque wrench on 23! (south bend)
I know this is a long shot but I'm willing to try... I'm a mechanic for a crane rental company and left one of my tools on the top of my service truck. I think it fell off around the turn off the bypass onto 23. It is an Armstrong 3 piece 1" torque wrench, nearly new in a black plastic case. I would be willing to pay an $80 reward for its return.
