We're missing our beloved cat, Charlie. He was last seen around Duff street in Watertown at about 4-5PM Thursday, August 8th 2013. He is gray and white with a white belly and white on his paws and green eyes. He has a white and gray collar with a round black name plate and a little black bell. He may have lost his collar.
