Lost Bird (cockatiel): $200 REWARD (Federal Way)

He is a large lutino cockatiel that is all yellow with round, orange cheeks. He went missing Thursday 7/10/2014 in Federal Way, and was seen in NE Tacoma on Saturday 7/12/2014. There has been no recent sighting(s) that I am aware of. He's 13 years old, has been a loving part of our family for 12 years, & is missed dearly. Please help!
