$2000 REWARD for Trigger (Columbia Gorge)

$2000 Cash Reward(Reward has been increased) NO QUESTIONS ASKED!! NOTE ** To the person who has Trigger, we are begging you, PLEASE return him to us. We know this is not your fault. You did not take him. You found a nice dog and wanted to keep him as a companion. We do not want to report anything to anyone. WE JUST WANT TRIGGER HOME! This whole thing was an unfortunate incident on the part of a negligent pet sitter, NOT Trigger's family. It is not their fault. It is not Trigger's fault and it is not your fault. Trigger's family loves him and misses him every day. Try to imagine what that must feel like. You can tell he had a great life with them from his pictures. We can find you another dog as a companion (because we are an animal rescue organization) AND we will give you the reward money. Just please, please return Trigger to us. We can do the transfer of Trigger and the reward 100% privately. You can be a hero. Please show that you have a compassionate heart and do the right thing. AND, if you are reading this and know the person who has Trigger, please share this message with him. We will also give you a cash reward. That's how much this means to us. Please help us. Trigger is a tiny 10lb Toy Australian Shepherd with blue merle coloring (black, gray, brown and white). He is shy with strangers. He has one blue eye, and one brown eye. He does not have a tail. He was lost from a pet sitter's home in Cascade Locks, OR. on November 21st, 2011, but we had a confirmed sighting of him with a homeless or transient man a few days later on November 25th. The man told some people he needed money for food for his "new dog". We do not know which direction this man may have gone from there. We believe he may be hitchhiking or riding the rails. We have had sightings of him in Hermiston and La Grande at the WalMart stores there. There also may have been a sighting in January in Boise, Idaho and a possible sighting back in Cascade Locks at the Bridge of the Gods Motel in the RV area. WalMart stores in Oregon and Idaho all have copies of our flyer. He may be traveling to another state or he may double back to the same locations and even in to Portland. We will not stop trying to find him. Trigger needs to be back with his family, who miss him so much. We have searched every day, involved hundreds of people, and hung over 1000 flyers. You can also follow our posts on FACEBOOK: FIND TRIGGER. The man we are looking for is described as being in his early to mid-forties. He is (or was) clean shaven and has blondish brown hair. He was wearing a green army jacket over jeans and a sweatshirt. He was wearing a stocking cap under a baseball cap that may be a Seahawks cap. He was carrying a day-pack. He was using a rope leash on Trigger and he was holding a cardboard sign and will still need to panhandle for money wherever he is. TRIGGER IS VERY SMALL and VERY SHY. He will not allow a stranger to approach him and he will hide behind whatever person he is with. PLEASE keep your eye out for Trigger with this man. Anywhere you see homeless people or hitchhikers. It is VERY uncommon to see a homeless or transient person with a tiny Australian Shepherd. The fact he has NO TAIL and one BLUE EYE/BROWN EYE will make it very obvious that it may be Trigger. If you see this homeless man with Trigger, please do not let him out of your sight. Call law enforcement in your area and ask them for assistance. Tell them this is a missing dog from Hood River County, Oregon, and the microchip will prove it. Trigger was wearing a collar and three id tags when he went missing but was not wearing them when seen with the homeless man. HE IS MICROCHIPPED to our animal rescue organization, INDIGO RESCUE. We do not want to make trouble for this man, we just want Trigger returned home to his heartbroken owners. They were on vacation when Trigger disappeared and have worked tirelessly with us to try to find him. The picture of Trigger with the man below is one of his owners, NOT the homeless man. We are using it to help demonstrate Trigger's size. We are offering a $2000 Reward to anyone who can lead us to where Trigger is. Please share this with all your friends on Facebook and Twitter and help us bring Trigger home!!! Please contact us with ANY information: 503-502-6703 or 503-929-2875 THANK YOU!
