Oil filter Fell Off of Car Within 8mi. From Oil Change Place. Need Evidence for Court!! Looked and Looked on Route Driven Before Breakdown in Front of Panera Bread Main St. (Mishawaka, IN) ( Drove Very Little in South Bend, not likly to be there ) Thinking Someone Found Filter and Cleaned Up the Mess Before I Could Find It. Possibly Scrapper! Believe it was Saturday between 9:30 am & 10:00 am, or 1:00 pm & 1:15 pm.
