MISSING LOST BLUE CHIHUAHUA! "TIPSY" PLEASE HELP! (westerville)
Our family would sincerely appreciate it if whoever has our precious babygirl, would return her back home. Her pictures and flyer are both attached. Some important information is as follows: "Tipsy" is a 4 year old, Blue AKC Chihuahua (Teacup, very small). She is grey in color with light tan markings on her chest, face and paws. She is a female, spayed/complete hysterectomy. She cannot breed and is also micro chipped.
Missing since Thursday, June 19, 2014 around 1:00pm. Last seen inside Cooper Meadows Townhomes off Cooper Rd, close to Schrock Rd, Westerville, OH 43081. We were not notified by our property manager until after 3:00pm that she had been out for hours. Property manager is being uncooperative to give us any explanation for negligence and lack of notifying us timely, if the workers get background checks, who was in our house, who is responsible for letting her outside, etc. All of this seems suspicious is it was just an "accident".
At this point we really just hope and pray that she is okay. She has not been picked up by the pound nor found in any local ditches. Tipsy has some food allergies and is on a special diet. Incorrect food can cause bumps and baldness on her head and back. Please call if sighted, have any information, or if found. She has her only puppy at home, her best friend (a little boy), and lots of loving family and friends who have searched for days and posted flyers everywhere.
